I highly recommend Magic Touch Carpet Cleaning for any kind of residential carpet cleaning and flood damage restoration. We called them after the hose to our washing machine burst and water sprayed out into our carpeted hallway and back toward the oriental rugs in the master bedroom. No one was home at the time but when my daughter did arrive, the carpet was saturated and she said was making ‘squelchy sounds’ when she walked on it. Magic Touch came right out that same day and got started on the water extraction to remove all of the standing water. They then used green carpet cleaning methods that were safe for my children and pets and did the carpet deodorizing as I was concerned it would start to smell moldy. An added bonus is that their carpet deodorizing achieved the pet odor removal and their carpet washing the spot and stain removal that had been building up for years. They were very responsive, knowledgeable and very helpful alleviating our worries during this stressful time. And they were very careful during the oriental rug cleaning. I am going to call them back out for whole home carpet cleaning soon. I just can’t say enough good things about these local carpet cleaners!
